Account Termination

Pricing

Subscription fees are based on the HSK level package you select. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Payments are processed securely through third-party providers
• Refunds are available within 30 days (see Refund Policy)
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, contact us for a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days or for subsequent billing cycles.

All content, including lessons, videos, audio, images, and software, is owned by Hanyu Haven Inc. or licensed to us. You may not:

7. Learning Results Disclaimer

While we strive to provide effective learning tools, individual results vary based on effort, practice time, and learning aptitude. We do not guarantee:

• Specific proficiency levels within a timeframe

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
